1.2 Payment Information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; Plankore does not store full payment card numbers.

1.3 Content You Upload. This includes blueprints, drawings, project files, takeoff data, notes, and any other materials you upload or create within the Service ("Customer Content").

1.4 Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, such as log data, device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and feature usage, through cookies and similar technologies.

1.5 Communications. If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect the content of those communications.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing your blueprints and generating AI-powered takeoffs and estimates;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Improve and develop the Service, including training and improving our AI and machine learning models using Customer Content, in identifiable or de-identified form;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
• Monitor for security, fraud, and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Plankore may use data you provide, including Customer Content, to train and improve our AI models and features. We take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of your data in this process. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting providers and payment processors, under confidentiality obligations;
• Other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plankore, our users, or others;
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain your account information and Customer Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we retain your Customer Content for a limited period to allow you to retrieve it, after which it may be deleted, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of certain sharing — Plankore does not sell personal information. The Service is intended for business use by construction industry professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
