What do I need to send?

What do I get back?
An Excel file with quantities grouped by assembly in purchasing units, the marked-up plan pages showing where every number came from, and access to the live takeoff in Plankore for that project. One revision pass is included.

Whatever the structural notes call out. If the plans specify different strengths for footings, slabs and walls, they come back as separate lines rather than one pooled yardage.
