How to reach us, what to include, and what to expect.

Email hello@plankore.ai — or, inside the app, open the user menu (your avatar, top right) → Email support. The copy button puts the address on your clipboard.

Include this and we'll be much faster

  • The project name (and page number, if it's about a specific sheet)
  • What you clicked and what you expected
  • The exact error message you saw
  • A screenshot, if you can
  • Browser and OS (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11)

Common requests

  • Raise my page limit / project quota — send the project name and how many pages you need.
  • Delete my account — email us from the account's address; see Delete your account.
  • Billing question — include the email on the account; don't send card numbers.
