Delete your account

How to close your Plankore account and what happens to your projects.

Account deletion is handled by our team, not self-serve.

  1. Go to Account → Delete account.

The Delete account card on the Account page 2. Email hello@plankore.ai from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. 3. We'll confirm before anything is removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your projects (drawings, takeoffs, estimates, documents) and any active subscription. Projects you were invited to stay with their owner — you're simply removed as a member.
